Virgo Dog Company is proudly owned and created by a neurodivergent & disabled individual. Please understand that this may cause changes or delays in communication or production as we fluctuate through good days & occasional medical emergencies. We also believe people should have a safe & inclusive space. this means that we will not produce any type of products that may be deemed derogatory, offensive, or rude towards any group of people. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
ADA COMPLIANCE
We reserve the right to ask the two required ADA questions prior to purchase if we suspect that our gear will be used to fake a service dog.

EXPECTATIONS
At Virgo Dog Company, we strive to serve you in the best way possible. For us to be able to do that, we also need you, as the customer, to do your part. This includes giving us correct information, whether it be shipping address, color options, measurements, etc. We are always happy to help give suggestions or recommendations, but we also want to remain efficient to continue our effort in reducing our wait time.
CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are not permitted, except for case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of how our shop works, we typically order materials based on certain customs, thus beginning the process of creation. We do NOT refund or cancel orders if your dog washes, or you no longer need the item.
However, if we are delayed past our predicted wait time (check current times on Instagram) by four weeks, and you are unwilling to wait, we will absolutely provide a cancellation with a full refund.
REFUNDS
Once you receive your item, make sure to assess it before using it. If you are unhappy, or notice any defects, please notify me within 3 days of receiving said item, and I will try to work with you to the best of my abilities to make it right. This may include returning said product and receiving a remake or a possible refund. If you return your product in this case, we do not pay for return shipping. This will be your responsibility. Once 3 days pass after receiving the item, and no flaws are brought to my attention, we will not offer a refund if notified after 3 days. We are not responsible for any future wear and tear. Our collars are not made for rough play, or going through extreme conditions. We cannot know how you handle or care for your collars, so unfortunately, we will not be able to trade or refund your purchase if you bring wear and tear to us after 3 days of delivery.
