Where are these products made?All of these products are proudly handmade in the golden state of California! 💛 I may import hardware or fabric, but I meticulously handcraft each product personally with care.

How do I know when you are open for orders?Whenever we have listings up, we are open! If we do not have custom listings available, we may have Ready to Ship items available for purchase! It all depends on my workload and health at the time, so I may not have custom listings up all the time.

What are your wait times?Wait times will be listed on the home page banner! Ready to Ship items will always ship promptly after ordering, unless requested to hold it and add to a custom order. Wait times may depend on my workload, health, as well as what is going on in my life, as I also plan on starting school soon.

I don't know what design or colors I want yet. Can you help me?Absolutely! You don’t need to have a specific design or color in mind just yet. I can guide you through the process by learning more about your dog’s needs, your style preferences, and any sensory or accessibility considerations. With a wide selection of fabrics and customization options available, we’ll work together to create something that’s both functional and uniquely yours 🌸

Can you special order custom materials for my order?Definitely! I source many of my materials from small, high-quality businesses and love helping bring custom ideas to life. If I don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, I can often special order it or find something similar. Custom materials may have a small additional cost 😇

How do I know what panel size to order for my dog?Vest panel size is largely a personal preference! However, usually what is recommended is that the vest is 2/3 of the dog's girth size. For example, my service dog's girth is about 30"-32" depending on his fur, and a size 20" panel looks best on him depending on shape!

I ordered the wrong size, what now?Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that are wrongly measured by the customer. I always ensure to double check measurements if the wait has been longer than normal, or if you have a fast growing puppy.

Do you offer returns, cancellations, or refunds?Because each item is handmade and often customized, I’m unable to accept returns unless there’s been an error on my part during the making process. If you believe there’s an issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photo and video documentation. If the item is approved for return, it must be sent back in new, unused condition. Returns cannot be accepted for normal wear and tear or misuse. We typically do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds unless on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund items that are incorrectly measured by the customer.

Do you take payment plans?The answer is yes and no... Payment plans are sometimes available at checkout through third-party providers like ShopPay or Affirm. I also consider private payment plans on a case-by-case basis. If you need a more flexible option, feel free to reach out — I’ll do my best to accommodate, though availability isn’t guaranteed.

Do you offer repairs?I do offer repairs depending on what is going on! My most common repair is replacing broken plastic buckles that get stepped on.

Do you do trades, fundraisers, donations, or giveaways?I am currently NOT participating in any trades or donations right now. I occasionally will partner with someone to do a giveaway or fundraiser.
