CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will only be taken up to 24 hours from the time and date of purchase for a full refund as per the buyer remorse law. After this time, we will not give a full refund as your materials are already ordered and/or accounted for. After 24 hours we will be happy to adjust your order if changes are needed, but if fabric was ordered for your order, we will not refund for that purchase. Fabric purchased will be sent back to you if requested but client is responsible for shipping in this case.
WAIT TIMES
Please be advised that refunds will not be issued due to wait times, as you were informed of these timelines at the time of your purchase, whether it was verbalized to the client by text, email, social media or by posts on social media or website. By completing your transaction, you acknowledged and agreed to the stated estimated wait times. If our wait times do exceed 4 weeks or more, refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
UNEXPECTED SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be granted for claims related to unexpected circumstances, including but not limited to:

My dog was washed unexpectedly

Unexpected veterinary or medical expenses

Changes in dog ownership status

The passing of a dog (In such cases, we are committed to providing options to assist you)

Gear no longer meeting your needs

Inability to adhere to agreed-upon wait times due to urgent requirements
We understand that these situations can be challenging; however, we have encountered numerous requests based on similar reasons consistently and must uphold our purchase agreement. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUNDS AFTER DELIVERY
Once you receive your item, make sure to assess it before using it. If you are unhappy, or notice any defects, please notify me within 3 days of receiving said item, and I will try to work with you to the best of my abilities to make it right. This may include returning said product and receiving a remake or a possible refund. If you return your product in this case, we do not pay for return shipping. This will be your responsibility. Once 3 days pass after receiving the item, and no flaws are brought to my attention, we will not offer a refund if notified after 3 days. We are not responsible for any future wear and tear. Our collars are not made for rough play, or going through extreme conditions. We cannot know how you handle or care for your collars, so unfortunately, we will not be able to trade or refund your purchase if you bring wear and tear to us after 3 days of delivery.
SMALL BATCH INFO
I am a single-creator shop; all products produced are handmade and may vary slightly from one to the next as they are not mass-produced by machinery. Custom service dog vests and capes may be slightly bigger or smaller than the size requested due to the handmade nature of the product. Any sizing difference within 1 inch (smaller or bigger) than the requested size is not considered a flaw and is not eligible for return, remake, or refund.
