READY TO SHIP

Ready to Ship items will be shipped within 2-7 days of the purchase date unless requested to hold and wait until a custom order is completed. Any additional wait time will be communicated with customer.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If the customer fails to check their address, leaves an incomplete or wrong address that results in a failed or unsuccessful delivery, or results in a returned package requiring reshipment, Virgo Dog Co. reserves the right to charge additional postage required to reship the package to the correct address.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and up to date.

SHIPPING DELAYS

As you may know, there are often incidents where USPS posts delays, due to weather, staffing, etc. Virgo Dog Co. is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or factors that are beyond our control. We will always do our best to communicate any delays we know of, but we cannot always predict when there will be delays or errors in scanning.

CLAIMS

Virgo Dog Co. is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. We will always provide a tracking number and do our best to check up on deliveries, but once the package leaves our hands, we are no longer liable for anything that happens to it. In the event of any lost, stolen, or damaged goods, the customer must be the one to initiate a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Virgo Dog Co. will provide any documentation or evidence required to help, but we may not be able to directly contact shipping carriers.
